Jennifer has held senior executive roles including Chief Recruiting Officer at Kelly Services, SVP and RPO Practice Leader at AMN Healthcare, and global leadership positions at PeopleScout and Kelly OCG, where she was repeatedly recruited to turn around underperforming teams, recover large enterprise accounts, and scale complex global recruiting operations. Across her career, she has led organizations responsible for $800M+ in revenue, global teams of 800+ recruiters, and 11,000+ monthly hires.
