Jennifer Knippenberg Smith is a senior talent acquisition and workforce solutions executive with deep experience leading and transforming complex recruiting organizations across corporate TA, staffing, RPO, MSP, and recruitment technology.

Jennifer has held executive and C-suite roles including Chief Recruiting Officer at Kelly Services, SVP and RPO Practice Leader at AMN Healthcare, and global leadership positions at PeopleScout and Kelly OCG. She has been repeatedly recruited to stabilize underperforming environments, recover large enterprise accounts, and redesign recruiting operating models to support scale, complexity, and long-term growth.

Across her career, Jennifer has led organizations responsible for hundreds of millions in revenue, large global recruiting teams, and high-volume, multi-market hiring operations. She is known for her ability to bridge strategy, technology, and human judgment-bringing executive foresight to system design while maintaining a pragmatic, operator’s perspective on performance.

Through TEDD Global, Jennifer partners with staffing and workforce solutions organizations to diagnose structural constraints, design future-ready talent systems, and guide leadership through moments of inflection. Jill Brandi is a talent operations and client delivery leader with deep experience supporting staffing and RPO organizations through periods of growth, change, and operational complexity.

Jill has held leadership roles across recruitment delivery and operations, including VP of Recruitment & Strategy at Kelly Services and client delivery leadership roles at AMN Healthcare, PeopleScout, and Kelly OCG. Her work has focused on day-to-day execution, recruiter performance, and workflow discipline, ensuring that recruiting teams consistently operate against defined processes, metrics, and client expectations.

Throughout her career, Jill has supported and led recruiting teams of varying sizes, helping stabilize delivery, improve fill rates, and strengthen recruiter productivity through clear workflows, coaching, and operational rigor. She is recognized for her ability to translate strategic direction in both RPO and Staffing into practical, repeatable behaviors that teams can actually follow.
